DescriptionLocated on the first floor of our house, with a private terrace and independent access. In addition to the upstairs accommodation, guests also have access to a shared library/lounge room on the ground floor, suitable for reading and collaborative work. The place is best suited for quiet, focused stays.Interior:
Two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining space. The sofas can also be used as extra beds.For work: two individual desks in the bedrooms, two large tables, and two lounge areas with sofas and armchairs.Outside:
A private fenced garden, and shared grounds of about 2 hectares with ponds, woodland and prairie, accessible for walking, relaxing and fishing.Of note:

The retreat is accessible by train and bus via Angoulême. Angoulême is around 2 hours from Paris by train and around 1 hour from Bordeaux. From there, you can take a bus to Piégut-Pluviers or rent a car. Cars can also be rented in the village. Train tickets from Paris can usually be found for around 20-30 € with early reservation. It is also possible to arrive via Limoges station, or La Coquille station, about 30 km away. Transportation from the train station may also be arranged.
